Magento Administrator

This is what you’ll do:

  • Maintain integrity of the product catalog and make updates
  • Manage product types and attributes, categories, names, SKUs, attributes, pricing, photos, descriptions, inventory
  • Format csv data for import
  • Handle CMS/content updates and promotional banner management
  • Configure sites – location, contact, store information, email addresses, etc.
  • Handle basic payment configuration and tax configuration
  • Set up basic shipping methods
  • Set up catalog and cart price rules
  • Manage user access
  • Manage image uploads, understand image requirements for a fast website
  • Handle custom modules and extensions as needed
  • Test site functions
  • Discuss new features and prepare feature requirements

This is what you’ll bring to us: 

  • Experience in administering CMS systems (e.g. WordPress, Drupal, Magento)
  • Experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing
  • The ability to analyze customer behavior using available data to influence ideas for high value website changes
  • An understanding of web design/development concepts and processes
  • Experience in website information architecture and page layout planning
  • Experience with creating and managing production schedules, wireframes, and requirements documentation
  • Familiarity with basic image optimization
